Merge RSS feeds together

With Yahoo Pipes, a person can merge several RSS feeds together into one feed and even filter out user-defined keywords. This free service is really cool but they need more modules and better instructions. I played around with it some today and created a couple RSS feeds. It was actually kind of fun.
