Amber Alert ticker

I saw a ticker on someone else's Blog called "Code Amber Alert."If a child is missing,this ticker will turn an amber color and will give brief details.You can get the full details by clicking on the ticker and going to Code Amber Alert's web page.I placed this ticker at the top of this Blog.I didn't know that this ticker existed,but then I am very new to Blogging.If anyone wants to put this on their Blog or web page,just click the banner and go to the website for instructions. Does anyone know where I can get the HTML code for a banner rotator that will work on Blogs? The stuff that I have found so far will not work with Blogger.If you leave a message telling me where to get one,I would most grateful. Thanks in advance !! :-)
